On Oct. 25th, the grade 5 classes participated in a fun and educational 2-hour 'wetlands' program at Michichi Creek Boardwalk, led by Inside Education

On Oct. 17th, Mrs. Fournier took her Biology 20 class to the Telus Spark Science Centre, where they got to watch a live knee replacement surgery and ask the surgeon questions! Afterwards, they had time to explore the exhibits :)

Pictures of Mr. Mulgrew’s Outdoor Ed. class learning how to effectively and safely light a fire using limited resources and create their own fire starters. As well as gathering and researching different plants and evidence of wildlife in the badlands and by the river.

On October 5th, 12 athletes from St. Anthony’s School participated in the South Central Zone Cross-Country Running Championships in Trochu and Coach Makse was very impressed with their overall results and achievements. Great work Saints and Sabres!

Last week the grade 9 class got to participate in the Biodiversity program at the Calgary Zoo.
